Article Processing Charges
At ESA, all manuscripts are processed free of cost. Every peer-reviewed research article published in ESA will be freely and universally accessible online in an easily readable format.
However, after acceptance of the manuscript, a nominal fee of Rs. 2500 (including DOI charges) for Indians and 60 USD for authors outside India will be charged for e-prints.

​​​​​​Waiver Policy
In case the author has financial restrictions, a partial/full waiver request may be forwarded to EIC stating the reason for the request. After approval of the waiver, the paper can be published free of charge. Waiver Policy is only applicable to papers with maximum of 2 authors.

English Language Editing Service
If any manuscript requires English language editing and proofreading, and the author wants professional proofreading, a nominal fee of INR 1000 for Indians and 30 USD for authors outside India will be charged.

Special Issue Papers
Papers submitted to the special issues will be subjected to article processing charges. The charges can be checked on the relevant special issue page. If any manuscript requires English language editing and proofreading, and the author wants professional proofreading, a nominal fee of INR 1000 for Indians and 30 USD for authors outside India will be charged extra to the processing charges.
