FOCUS OF THE COLLECTION

Climate change, environmental issues, and sustainable practices are interconnected topics crucial for the future of our planet that have garnered significant attention in recent years due to their profound impact on the planet and human well-being. Climate change refers to the long-term alteration of temperature and typical weather patterns in a place. This change is largely attributed to human activities, particularly the emission of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane. Climate change is one of the most pressing issues of our time, and implementing sustainable practices is crucial in combating its effects. Environmental issues encompass a broad range of challenges related to the degradation of natural resources and ecosystems. Examples include air and water pollution, deforestation, habitat destruction, loss of biodiversity, and soil degradation. Sustainable practices, on the other hand, are actions and methods aimed at meeting current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Addressing climate change requires a multifaceted approach that incorporates environmental issues and sustainable practices at its core. Some key areas where sustainable practices can make a significant impact include renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, forest conservation, circular economy, sustainable transportation, sustainable consumption and production, and climate resilience.
